HORRIBLE!!! Packlink is a delivery company that uses several couriers (sometimes combined). If there is a problem, no one will take responsibility. They lost one of my two suitcases (with nearly all my clothes) when moving country. After months of emails (because they have no phone number) they admitted they lost it and offered 10 euros per kg as compensation (!). One year latter I have received nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
NO USEN ESTA EMPRESA!!! Packlink es una empresa que usa diversos transportistas (a veces combinados). Si hay algún problema, nadie se hace responsable. Perdieron una de mis dos maletas (con casi toda mi ropa) al mudarme de país. Tras varios meses de emails, admitieron la pérdida, ofreciendo una indemización de 10 euros por kg!! Un año después, no me han pagado nada. A EVITAR!!!
